Strength:
Back squat 3×5
3×8 @ 50% (2sec down/2sec up)

rest 40 seconds between sets

Notes: 2down2up= two seconds down, no pause, two seconds up, no pause at the top, repeat.
remember to constantly be breathing

WOD:
4 min AMRAP
8 alternating KB snatches (32/24)
8 box jumps (30/24)

rest 1 min and repeat for 3 full cycles keep score continous
