3 Knees to Chest

3 Toes to Bar

Rest as needed between.
Modify this as needed to build body awareness while on the bar. Doesn’t have to be 3/3/3, you could do like 3 kip 2 K2C 1 TTB. The idea is to do something that you can string together.

Grip city today. DB’s (one per hand today) should be on the heavier end of the spectrum. No cherry picking weight today, if you’re between to weights because you’re not sure go with the lighter of the two.
