Snatch (5 x 3)

5min to warm up:

3 @ 55%

3 @ 65%

3 @ 70%

then…

Every 90s for 5 Rounds:

3 Snatches @ 75-80%

Any snatch goes, however I would suggest squat snatching just for the practice and keeping the movement fresh.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 10:

Gym Lap or 300m Row

12 American KB Swings (70/50)

9 Pull Ups
Scale weights and pull ups appropriately. Try something that you can do unbroken for all 10min. but isn’t a cake walk either.
