5 Wall Kick- Ups

5 Shoulder Taps

5 L-Sit Strict Press With DB (light)

3 Handstand Kick Ups w/out wall
Rest as needed inbetween movements

Metcon (Time)

50 Ab-mat sit-ups

50 KB Swings

50 ft handstand walk
*Options for Handstand Walk:

1) 1 Min HS Hold

2) 18 Shoulder taps

3) 25 Kipping HSPU
