Warm-up

Skill of the month:

CORE- GRIP: T2B

Mobility: Thoracic & Shoulders

Metcon (No Measure)

12 min EMOM

Min 1: 30 sec L- sit hold

Min 2: 30 sec Max Effort KB Swings

Min 3: 5 Strict T2B/ Leg Raises

Metcon (No Measure)

10-15 min T2B Work:

Athletes will perform T2B on rings.

(This time the straps should be shortened

for less slack.)

Straps will be attached to the

pull -up bar and athletes will continue to

work on hip hinge strength while keeping

shoulders vertical under the rings instead

of pulling back on the pull-up bar.
