Notes: Scale Pull-ups with negatives w/3-5 descent

5×5 Deficit HSPU

Notes: Deficit can be btw 2-4 inches. Scale with negative HSPU or 5 Wall Walks

WOD:
16 Min EMOM
Evens: 10 Hip Extension
Odds: 10 K2E

Notes:
Scale hip extensions with supermans and K2E with V-ups.
You may switch the even and odds if not enough room for equipment.
