(3-5 seconds to descend)

Notes: May use band to assist on lowering for pull-ups. Add weight for those that can do the negatives easily.

Box Dips/Ring dips
5×5 Strict Ring Dips

Notes: Use a box if you can not perform a ring dip negative with control.
