Radam Run

Then 3 Rounds:

20 Kettlebell Swings

15 Air Squats

10 Pull Ups
Flow for this one is as follows, for each run you do, you’ll do 3 rounds of swings squats and pull ups. You’ll repeat that whole cycle for 35 minutes.
