Toes to Bar Workshop 😉

1) 5×5 Kips maintaining a hollow body and straight legs.

2) 5×3 Kips + Knee Raise, try to curl your knees as high as possible, while maintaining a strong shoulder position.

3) Every 2min for 8 min; 3 toes to bar strung together.

21 Front Squats (155/105)

10 Synchro Burpees over Bar

15 Front Squats(165/115)

10 Synchro Burpees over Bar

9 Front Squats (175/125)

10 Syncro Burpees over Bar
Complete as many reps as possible in the allotted time. The Front Squats can be shared, but only 1 partner can work at a time.
