WOD:
3 RFT
#1 200 M Row
#2 C2B Pull-ups
Then…
200 M Row
G2O
Then…
200 M Row
Burpees

Notes: Scoring is done by time and reps completed by each partner.

The WOD is to be done relay style. Partner 1 will row 200 M while partner 2 is going for max reps of C2B Pull-ups. When partner 1 finishes row, partner 1 will switch to C2B while partner 2 begins the row. Partners will repeat relay style for each exercise for a total of 3 rounds. Partner may not count reps unless other partner is rowing.
