100 MB partner sit-ups (20/14)
40 Deadlift (135/95)
30 Pull-ups

Super Scaled:

2. 2 Minutes of Handstand Holds
100 MB Partner sit-ups (14/10)
40 Dead Lift (95/65)
40 Ring Rows

Notes: Only one partner may work at a time for Handstand walks, deadlifts, and pull-ups.

Part 1. 1 Bar per team. Break up reps as necessary.

Part 2. Partners switch on handstand walks when feet touch the ground.

For the MB Sit-ups, partners must be touching feet for MB passes. The MB must touch the ground for rep to count.
