10 Deadlift

10 Burpees

10 Hang DB Snatch

Gym Lap

Reps go up by 2 each round (10-12-14-16 etc)

Reps are all shared (almost made the burpees synchro @Shawn you’re welcome). Weights should be light, because the rep count gets higher as you go so make sure it’s something doable.
