You can either Partner up (double the reps 50/100/150) or practice it solo.

Radam Run

25 Pull-ups

50 Push-ups

75 Air Squats

After the second round finish with a 3rd run.
35min. Cap.

Feel free to partition the reps as needed. If you partner do the run together, but all the other work one person working at a time.
