50 KB Deadlifts (50/35) x 2

50 Cal Row

50 KB Box Step Ups (50/35)

50 Cal Row

50 Push Ups

Then 40 of everything… then 30 of everything and so on.
2 Kettlbells for the Deadlifts, Just one for the Step Ups.

If there’s not enough rowers just do a team of 3 at 75/60/45/30/15
