Beat the Burpee (Time)

In Teams of Two:

30 Pull-Ups (or scale to 50 ring rows)

60 Wall Balls (20/14)

90 Sit ups

120 Russian Kettle Bell Swings

***Every 2 minutes on the minute, each team has to do 10 Burpees***

One partner works, the other partner rests. Break up the reps any way you want, including the burpees.
