Paleo Protein Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

Ingredients:

2 ½ Ripe Bananas

2 Eggs

1 tbsp Honey

1 ½ Cup Almond Milk

1 tbsp Coconut Oil

1 tsp Vanilla

1 ½ Scoop Genesis Pure Vanilla Protein Powder

1 tbsp Coconut Flour

¼ Cup Almond Flour

1 tbsp Cinnamon

tbsp Baking Soda

1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

 

 

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 375.

Combine wet ingredients into Food Processor or Vitamix (bananas, eggs, almond milk, coconut oil, honey & vanilla).  Pour mixture into mixing bowl. Combine dry ingredients (protein powder, coconut flour, almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda).  Stir in chocolate chips. Pour Mixture into an 8×8 or 10×10 Baking Dish. Drizzle honey on top and bake for 30-45 Min. Check at the 15 min. mark and poke a few holes with a fork or tooth pick. Make sure the middle is cooked all the way through. It will still be soft (and moist) due to the bananas. The consistency should be cooked more on the outer edge and softer in the middle.
