Metcon (Time)

Teams of 4:

800m med ball run (20/14-two per team).

100 hang power cleans (135/95)- deadlift hold (135/95)

400 Double unders- wall squats

100 Burpee over partner- 2 planking

Med ball run: each partner must run with a ball at some point

HPC: must have two partners on the deadlift hold

Double unders- must have two partners wall squatting
