5x 2 Strict C2B Pull-ups + 3 Wide Grip Pull-ups + 3 Chin-ups

Notes: Scale with a band. You may add weight.

5x 5 Ring Push-ups + 3 arm extensions (each) + 1 Ring Fly

Notes: May take push-ups from knees off of box and may have bend in arms for ring fly, but keep core tight

Metcon (6 Rounds for time)

6 x Suicide Runs

10m, 20m, 30m, 40, 50m

Rest 1 minute between sets.
