Memorial Day WOD! Classes at 8am and 9:30am. Closed the rest of the day.

WOD: “Murph”
For Time-
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
Rx= 20lb weight vest
scaled versions 1= no weight vest

Scaled 2=
1 mile run
100 ring rows
200 push-ups from knees
300 air squats
1 mile run

Scaled 3= Teams of 2

Notes: You may break up the rep scheme for pull-ups, push-ups, and air squats.

Recommendations would be 20 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats, or 10 rounds of 10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, 30 air squats.
