1) 10 Bench Press at 75% Body Weight.

2) 10 Deadlift at Body Weight.
Alternate every 90s between Bench and Deadlift. Your score is total of bench weight + deadlift weight.

5 MB Toes 2 Bar

7L/7R Lateral MB Toss
Scale to kipping T2B or Knee Raises. Stay light on the throws so that techinque does not break.
