Add 5-10# to last week’s weight. If your tecnique is faultering, then you have gone TOO HEAVY.

Back Squat (5×5 Every 2 Minutes)

Add 5-10# from last week.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

6 Min AMRAP

4 Hand Stand Push Ups

8 Jumping Lunges

12 KB Deadlifts (70#/50#)x2
Scale to 1 wall walk, In place lunges, and (50#/44#)x2 for deadlifts.
