Strength:
15 Minutes to build to a heavy 1 rep BB TGU

Notes: Work on good control of the BB while moving up and down. Use a KB or DB to scale for BB.

WOD:
10 MIN AMRAP
4 OH Squats (135/95)
8 T2B
6 Squat Cleans (135/95)
8 K2E

Notes: Keep Tight form for lifts. The weight should be a medium weight for you so scale as needed.

T2B and K2E will be scaled with V-ups.
