Power Snatch (20min to establish 1RM)
Start with an empty barbell and build to your max. As you warm up, use 2-3 reps when working @55-75% and single reps when working @>80% . Allow yourself to rest at least 90s between heavy lifts especially during your heavier attempts.
Power Clean (20 min to establish 1RM)
Same instruction as above.
