CrossFit and Fearless – CrossFIT

Bulgarian Split Squat (3 x 8)

Athletes will perform with 2 DB or 2 KB

and athletes must perform a jumping split squat

Single Leg Deadlift (3 x 8)

Athletes will be performing movement with a barbell

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 Min. AMRAP

10 DB Snatch

12 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
Athletes may use KB for DB
