Empty barbell for this one, we have bars ranging from 15-45lbs, choose something you can do AT LEAST 10 unbroken.

I usually say pace, don’t light yourself on fire too early etc… This is not that kind of workout. Sprint from start to finish. No cap, but this should be no longer than a 6 minute workout.
