Work up to a heave Back Squat Double.

Ideally in 5- 6 sets.

Every :30 for 10 Minutes:

3 Burpees

3 Toes to Bar/Knees to Chest
Gotta be fast on this. Feel free to alter those reps as needed, should be about 15 seconds of work.
