30min. to Establish a 1RM Backsquat.

Warmup to it..

10 Reps @ 50%

7 Reps @ 55%

5 Reps @ 65%

3 Reps @ 75%

1 Rep @ 80%

1 Rep @ 85%

1 Rep @ 90%

1 Rep @ 95%

Then…

Find a new 1RM Back Squat

Go by feel that’s just a way to approach your 1RM. Have fun, support each other!
