Front Squat

Tempo Front Squat w/ a Pause

5 x 3 @ 32X1 (Between 65-75%)

Today we’re performing some tempo front squats to help strengthen our positions throught the movement and work on sticking points in the lift.

3 seconds down

2 second pause at the bottom

explode up

1 second pause at the top

Metcon

Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

4 Rounds for Time:

20 Goblet Squats

10 American KB Swings

200m Run (Gym Lap)

1min. Rest Between Rounds
Again, choose a weight that allows you to move well for all 4 rounds. Unbroken but not a cake walk.

Increasing effort through each round. Score each individually.
