20 Minutes to Complete:

4 x 8 Push Press

4 x 8 Romanian Deadlift

Push Press should not be near failure, this is not finding a heavy 8. RDL should be no heavier than 50% of your Deadlift

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 4 x 3 Rounds:

2 Power Cleans

3 Front Squat

4 Chest to Bar

2min. Between Rounds
Barbell Should be on the heavy end of the spectrum, that being said try to use something you can get through the barbell work unbroken on, considering the time domain is short. Score is total rounds and reps (9 Reps is one Rounds)

If you have Muscle Ups (Bar or RIng) Sub C2B for that instead.
