Another week in the books!
I’m excited to announce that summer is officially here! With summer comes that good ole Texas heat, and it is getting HOT!
So, how does that affect us? Two things: abs and dehydration. SOOO, as much as I want to see you in the gym, I also want to see your handy dandy water bottle next to you. On average, it is said that a humans should drink half their body weight in fluid ounces. If that is average, we need to go beyond the average because our workouts are above average. We are moving faster and harder because CrossFit is designed that way– unlike most other fitness programs.
Drink, drink, drink and that six pack will come right in!
