Thoughts like “It’s okay, you’ve worked so hard, you deserve a break”, or “I could just go tomorrow, or the next day, or the next day, or the next….” will run through your mind like crazy. But, I encourage everyone at the box to NOT give up. Don’t lose hope in all your hard work. The results are coming, they are right around the corner, but it’s going to be up to you to achieve them.
Don’t let the holiday foods spoil your appetite for the gym. You eat bad during Halloween, COME ANYWAY. You eat bad during Thanksgiving, COME ANYWAY. You eat bad during Christmas, Hanukkah or New Years, COME ANYWAY! Don’t let the end of the year take away from everything you have put forth throughout the whole rest of the year.
I believe in every single person in our gym. I believe in your strength, whether it be mental or physical, and I believe in your ability to achieve greatness at whatever you pursue in life even when you don’t believe it for yourself.
Stay committed, stay accountable and start preparing yourself now for the months to come. Start practicing your ability to say no to the wrong things and yes to the right things. Start disciplining yourself now to have a strong mental attitude for the future.
I love you guys so much and am looking forward to this years Holiday Season!
Just a little reminder to keep you motivated: THE OPEN is ONLY 5 MONTHS AWAY, so keep your eyes focused on your goals and don’t let another holiday season distract you from you really want!
