Love Letters from Brooke: Positivity

Productivity is just one of the many bi-products of having a positive attitude. For me, it’s not how much I can do, but how well I do it. Staying focused and putting everything I have out there in one workout is extremely tough, but I do it with a positive mindset. From the moment I walk into the gym, I throw off anything that is holding me back.  By the time I turn up the music in the gym, I know it’s “go time”.

So many things in life can distract us from fulfilling our greatest potential: work, family, relationships or bad news. But I ask you, what does holding on to any of that do for you?
I dare you to stay consistent. I dare you to stay positive. I dare you to let go of anything that is holding you back in life!
