CF&F: How long have you been CrossFitting?
MW: I have been doing Crossfit for about a year and half
CF&F: How did you get into it?
MW: I started when I was in Marble Falls because I needed something to do. The owners just opened and I decided I would try it.
CF&F: What are the biggest changes you’ve seen since becoming a CrossFitter?
CF&F: What is your favorite lift?
MW: Clean and Jerk
CF&F: Favorite WOD? Favorite part of Crossfit in general?
MW: I don’t have a favorite WOD. I enjoy longer WODs that incorporate strength and cardio. During the WOD, I am not enjoying it. However, after the WOD, I feel a sense of pride and completing something very difficult.
CF&F: What makes you come back every day?
MW: I keep coming back because I enjoy it and I can see differences. Before Crossfit, I would try to weight train, but I did not know what I was doing. The coaches here have taught me how to get the most of a short period of time. I do not have to spend two hours every day to get results.
