Hi Fearless Family!
Coach Derec here with the first installment of the new series of the Fearless Blog! I will be bringing you posts every Friday right here on CrossFitandFearless.com/fearless-blog/.
Each week I will highlight a different subject. Expect to learn more about training, nutrition, and hydration; read encouraging stories of the fitness journeys of your classmates, or about how our coaches got where they are today, where they want to go, and how they plan to do that. My goal is to bring you topics each and every week that can hopefully teach you something, pique your interest to learn more about a subject, or answer that question you have had in the back of your mind.
I will also keep you up to date on gym happenings. In the coming month, Jon and I are going to begin holding quarterly 1×1 meetings with our members. Each meeting is intended to discuss your goals, see how we can help you reach/plan for those goals, and give you an open forum to discuss anything you would like. Attending a meeting is not mandatory, and is completely free to our members. This is a new added benefit to your membership at CrossFit and Fearless! Schedule your meeting here.
More exciting news: Starting in September, we will be offering Fearless Bootcamp Classes!! Fearless Bootcamp classes are intended to be for those who want a little more cardio, strict core/ab work and will not have any barbell movements. These classes will be starting on the hour and will run for 45 minutes. More details on programming and schedule to come, click here to be added to our bootcamp mailing list.
Lastly, THANK YOU all for the effort and work you put in every day at the gym. We do what we do because we thrive on seeing you working on improving yourself day in and day out. Your effort in the gym inspires us to be the best we can be as coaches, so keep up the awesome work! I can’t wait to hear about your goals for the rest of the year during our quarterly check ins.
