In teams of 3-4, complete the following events as quickly as possible:

Wall Balls

Supine Ring Rows

Tire Flips

Odd Object Carry

Burpees

Rowing
When you arrive at a station you must select only 1 of the positions set up. At each position an envelope will have your team’s challenge enclosed with in it.
